The concluding count in the Kalinago Chief Elections has shown Annette Sanford the winner.
Final Results: 697 votes, 5 rejected ballots.
Anette Sanford has been officially declared as the winner of the election and is now the Kalinago Chief of the Territory. She beat out six other candidates in the race.
In her celebratory announcement on Facebook she wrote:
